Tracking
- You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is shipped.
- Honey Latte is not responsible for any missing packages due to errors from the customer.
Taxes and Duties
- All prices on our AU website are inclusive of GST.
- Deliveries to countries outside of Australia may incur import duties & taxes.
- Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you.
- If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
